SHIPPING
- Ready to ship wigs are shipped between 2-5 business days.
- Custom wigs are shipped immediately after completion, up to 4 weeks after your order is placed.
- All orders require your shipping and billing address to match.
- All orders require a signature for delivery.
- Once your order has shipped we are not responsible for delayed, missing, lost or stolen packages.
REFUNDS RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
Ready to ship wigs
- We have a 24 cancellation policy on ready to ship wig orders. 24 hours after your order is placed you cannot cancel your order.
- For returns on ready to ship wigs you must contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. After 2 days the return window is closed. To be eligible for a return/refund your wig(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, meaning your wig(s) must be unworn, unwashed and the lace still intact.
- We have a 24 hour cancellation policy on custom wig orders. 24 hours after your order is placed you cannot cancel your order.
- You will receive photos of your customized wig via email. Please make sure it is to your liking or discuss any changes that you would like done to your wig before we ship out your order. Making changes to your wig may increase the turnaround time.

Unfortunately, custom wigs are not eligible for refunds/returns after you have received your wig.
